Retirement doesn’t have to feel uncertain.

I help pre-retirees and retirees make confident decisions about Social Security, Medicare, and investments — independently, with patience, and always working for you.

No cost. No obligation. No pressure — just a clear conversation.

Who I Serve

Wherever you are on the road to retirement, I can help you get clear on the next step.

Retirement Planning

Are you actually on track for the retirement you picture?

Most people carry the same quiet question for years before they ever say it out loud: will I have enough, and when can I actually stop working? My job is to answer that honestly — not with a generic rule of thumb, but with a plan built around your actual numbers, your actual timeline, and your actual goals.

  • Retirement Readiness Review — a clear, honest picture of where you stand today.
  • Social Security Timing & Optimization — claiming at 62, 67, or 70 isn’t one-size-fits-all.
  • Pension & Annuity Analysis — understanding every option before you choose.
  • Retirement Income Strategy — a plan built to last as long as you do.

A Question Worth Answering
“Am I on track?”

The process is simple: we talk through where you stand, we build a plan around it, and we put it into action together — one step at a time.

When should I start planning for retirement income?

Ideally 5–10 years before you plan to stop working — the earlier we start, the more options you have.

Is there a "right age" to claim Social Security?

It depends on your health, other income sources, and goals — not a single universal answer.

Medicare Planning

Medicare doesn’t have to be confusing. Let’s walk through it together — independently.

Turning 65 comes with real deadlines and a genuinely confusing set of choices. I’m not tied to any single carrier, which means I can walk you through your actual options honestly, in plain English, and help you avoid a decision you’ll regret later.

  • Enrollment Timeline — what to know and when, starting 6 months before you turn 65.
  • Advantage vs. Supplement — an honest, independent comparison.
  • No Carrier Bias — recommendations built around your health needs, not a quota.
  • Coordinated Planning — Medicare decisions connected to your broader retirement plan.

When should I enroll in Medicare?

Your Initial Enrollment Period begins 3 months before the month you turn 65 and lasts 7 months total — missing it can mean lifelong penalties.

What’s the difference between Medicare Advantage and Supplement plans?

Advantage plans bundle coverage through a private carrier with a network; Supplement plans pair with Original Medicare for broader provider access. The right choice depends on your health needs and providers.

Can you help even if I’m not your investment client?

Yes — Medicare guidance stands on its own, whether or not we work together on investments.

Medicare has neither endorsed nor reviewed this information. Not connected with any government agency. I do not offer every plan available in your area.

Investment Management

An investment strategy built around your life — not a model portfolio.

Because I’m independent, I’m not tied to any one company’s products. Every recommendation is built around what’s actually best for you — your timeline, your risk comfort, and the income you’ll need in retirement.

  • Portfolio Management & Asset Allocation — matched to your actual timeline.
  • Tax-Efficient Investing — keeping more of what you’ve earned.
  • Income & Withdrawal Strategy — built specifically for retirees.
  • Ongoing Reviews — never a “set it and forget it” plan.
  • Business Retirement Plans — SEP IRAs, SIMPLE IRAs, and Solo 401(k)s for the self-employed and small business owners.

About Andrés

Why I do this work

Financial Advisor, Escalate Wealth
Why I Do This Work

I got into this business because I watched people I care about make major financial decisions — about retirement, about Medicare, about their savings — without anyone taking the time to actually explain their options. That gap is what stuck with me. So I built my practice around the opposite approach — slow down, explain clearly, and make sure the decision actually makes sense.

Who I Serve

I work primarily with people approaching or already in retirement — typically between 50 and 65 — who want a clear-eyed, honest picture of where they stand with Social Security, Medicare, and their investments. If you’ve ever left a financial conversation more confused than when you started, you’re exactly who I built my practice for.

What I Want For You

I want you to reach the day you stop working with total confidence — not just a plan on paper, but a real understanding of why that plan makes sense for you. I want you to feel like you have someone independent in your corner, whose only job is making sure your decisions serve you.

Personal

I live in Phoenix with my wife and kids, where we’ve made our home over the past few years. Outside the office, you’ll usually find me experimenting in the kitchen or at a live concert — both are my favorite way to unwind and recharge.
